My day was fine, went to my appts. today, found out i need glasses, that my MS is relapsing and talked with my psych. Dr. about limits and worked on the nightmares and Flashbacks. Then dressed my daughter up as a lion and took her out to some friends to trick or treat. Really more for me as she doesn't have any teeth yet and still lives on the bottle. hope tomorrow is good as I go back to work the next day. Need some sleep.
