I am doing okay. I wrapped up my first week of work. My boss really likes me. They requested me to stay on through Dec 1 as a temp. I think I have a good shot of being hired on a perm basis. The level of work is just where I can handle and I feel great being able to use my brain in a different way. I am thankful that I can pick up new skills rel quickly. I feel really thankful

I did only get my main meds filled today though. So it was several days without the effexor... which helps so much. By friday I had some ruminating thoughts and thoughts of self-destruc behavior. But I feel like I am getting more on level since I took the effexor this morning.
