Woke up this morning feeling quite ill. Whole right side of my head and throat in pain and was aching (temporal, eardrum, glands). Husb. home today as son has allergist appt., while I will be in conference with children's teacher. (Normal school appt.) Also, woke up from frightening nightmare, (involving mean biting dog and nice young man changing to deranged, evil and threatening man toward me before my very eyes). Fortunately, my husb. will most often, listen to my nightmares, as he did this morning. Children off to school this morning smoothly, husb. happily busy and myself busy and still in my pajama's. Though sick today, have nic. patch on and haven't smoked...also, finding myself with unexpected joy and much laughter this morning.
