Yep, Jim is right Bat. No pills for this. I'm a little bigger than you (5'4) and finally got my wieght up this year (I hit 120lbs!! woowhoo) but there is no pill that will help with that. It's a matter of bringing your stress levels down (dealing with your trauma and changing your lifestyle for the PTSD and that does not mean becoming a hermit) eating properly, sleeping properly and having a healthy structure in your life. It's not easy. I've been working on it for almost 20 years and I finally put on weight. Pills are just temporay fixes that don't last. If you take a pill to gain weight, the minute you go off you will lose it. If you take a pill to lose weight, the second you quit you gain it. If you take pills to reduce anxiety, when you stop you become more anxious again. etc. etc.. It's temporary. You have to do it the hard way. Don't waste your time with pills or magic diets for this. You will just be wasting your time in the long run.
