Thanks Nam, nice read, and roerich... I love reading studies and research.

Yep, do you understand the Hippocampal though now Nam? How it is reflective of our memory, and how we with PTSD as a symptom, tend to suffer memory issues, this being directly reflective upon our hippocampus, though I was stoked when this was first explained to me, and the part about our hippocampus being self reproductive, which meant we would get our ability for retaining things back once PTSD was under control. I know I have certainly noticed a huge improvement within myself compared to when my PTSD was very much uncontrolled... I never even knew what day it was half the time, and had to ask because I couldn't remember what day the previous one was also! My memory is not quite back to full capacity, but getting there.
