took a nap.....assertively said what I thought and felt, (no agression, passivity, demeaning myself or dissing anyone).....allowed my daugther over a new friends house for a playdate.....sat for sometime with my arm around son and watched much of a family movie. Didn't hold my husband hostage while talking to him, when he arrived at, enough is enough.
