Easier said than done. Well, staying off the forum days, except to post to DIT-Rough.....and will hope to be keeping my evenings here brief, just through the vac. It's important ! .........Celebrating 40th tommorrow and my b'day gift is a 3-day retreat, this Fri.....anxious, oh' so anxious this time, but on the other hand looking forward to it.

Not feeling nuts, as I did last night. Got through it. It passed! .....Took a nice long walk with my kids today.....beautiful day! .........my fav. food today, Salad. OMG, how I love salad, every kind and type..luv it! Much play today, with the kids. Good day all around.
