More and more find myself feeling lucky...kind of ironic with some of the things that have happened, you might think.

I am lucky to be here, lucky to appreciate the sounds around me, lucky to enjoy a foggy morning or a sunny morning. Lucky to feel lucky again. And lucky to know what those things can mean. Lucky to appreciate small things we take for granted.

I am lucky to have a chance. I am lucky that I am here. I am lucky that I am world-wise in a way others seemingly cannot grasp the idea of. I am lucky that I can relate, lucky that I can understand.

Now I want to be lucky as I move on again, be lucky in getting other areas in my life together, and be lucky again in regaining my independence, not only financial, but also at an emotive level...I am lucky to work at me, lucky to see that it is me that I choose to be, and that depends on me. Without experience, many seem to not realise that.

The people that led me here are not as lucky as me. They have not got that concept of self. Which is why they do the things they do. Aren't you lucky too?
