Yes, I guess we're all so lucky in many ways and despite any excuses to convince ourselves otherwise.

Like you, I know I'm darn' lucky too, ie. to be alive, as sane as I am, most of the time, and much much more.

You've mentioned: working on yourself, being true to yourself, experience, understanding and your abilities to relate with others. All achievements which I'm confident you put to use and share, with so many in your life.

Like you've suggested, carpendiem, Many without experience or aware of their need to, never look inward and therefore they never experience passion, quite the way so many of us are fortunate to do so and can, far more easily. Bc, of the (self-reflection) efforts and work that is required of so many of us just to live.

...Hope I'm making sense, I understand, but so often family and friends without PTSD, seem to look at me without any clue as to what I'm saying.
