In regard to the United States Constitution, it is not a document of law! It is a document of legislation! There is a difference. It is not meant to create barriers to freedom via new laws. It is a document set in place to insure that personal liberties are not taken away from the American people. The United States Constitution has nothing to do with its social chaos.
