I'm not sure if PTSD has a stereo type or not but it really does not matter. Here, we say things like Hey, good job today. Hey guys, I went outside and walked the block. You are so incredibly lucky to have THE man in your life. Be good to him. There are a lot of us going thru this crap alone. Here we share thoughts, but more importantly our accomplishments!
