Thanks :) Speaking of songs...I think "Unwell" by Matchbox 20 has some interesting lyrics...it just seems to fit with what many of us are experiencing...at least the part i remember (I don't know the whole thing but the chorus goes something like this):

"i'm not crazy
i'm just a little unwell,
right now
i know you can't tell
but stay a while
and maybe then you'll see
a different side of me..."

ok i don't remember how the rest of it goes...does anyone else?
