I make a list of the things I need to do.. then check them off as I do them! As Bec said I do one thing at a time no matter how much of a mess it is even if its just something like putting all your dirty clothes in a pile.. then take care of them the next day! .. this takes some of the overwhelming feeling away. The list helps me see how much I have already done and that I AM making progress even if its hard to see right off! Also make sure you do take a day or two to just do nothing!! it helps!! |
