Little things set you off and you can't settle down for some time? Yes

Keep people at a distance? Yes, although I feel comfortable to share my experiences and time with those I believe can relate to me
Triggers occur and you LET it hit. And it situations get away from you? I don't really understand the part about, "and you LET it hit." I do not have predictable reactions to 'triggers.' Needless to say, I have never freaked out and started blindly kicking and screaming because of a 'trigger.'
