moonlit snow Moonlit Snow
While looking out on moonlit snow,
Beholding beauty there, I know,
It’s evidence of God’s desire
To rescue us from sin’s dark mire.
Snow, glistening so pure and bright,
Blankets all t’would come to light.
Such evil lurks there, dark and deep,
Hidden by Christ’s blood, to keep.
My heart rejoices, now, to know
His love will never melt, as snow.
Because I know I’m His always,
I lift my arms to Him in praise. |
