The U.S. Army for one, instead of honestly classifying PTSD casualties is through a systemic process classifying these people as afflicted with Personality Disorder, which means they are unfit for military service, and they kick them out under what is called a Chapter 5-13 discharge. That means, no medical benefits, no counseling, no retirement benefits, no transition in to the Veterans Administration. No wonder people are committing suicide.

I urge everyone to get the word out about this. There are two bills on the table in Congress now that would establish a temporary moratorium on Chapter 5-13 discharges, so that there will be time to get all of this straightened out. Please call or write your Representatives and Senators.
