hi my names sally
I can understand what your saying I spend most of my time on the couch
with no engery. but I know whats it's like to be afraid to go outside
I've and cring fits the parking lot of restraunts begging tom not to make me go in there.
so your not alone what sometimes works for me is deep slow breathing till you get the pounding in your chest and roaring in your head back under control.
may be if you sat a chair close but not to close to the laundry room door and when you
feeIl ready move it a few inches closer in a few day maybe you can sit and look in the laundry room and try to see what is in there thats scareing you.and please do'nt let any one tell you it's silly to be afraid because its not!!! no matter what age there is something that will always frighten us.and what scare one-person might not frighten another. but fear is very real to each and every one of us so your not alone.
I wish you the best and know your not alone sally |
