Thanks, guys! Really. I didn't expect to get any responses, which is cool. Still fretting about the laundry room, but it's good to know that their are others out there. My daughter is planning to move and wants to know what will I do about the laundry when she is no longer here. Me too! The thought makes me feel panicky let alone the reality of it.
