I voted more than 4 days because I've been diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome... thus I have it every day! Mostly it is "controlled" by laxative (as I suffer mostly constipation ended IBS), which means that basically, instead of constipation, I have diarhea every day (yep, been to doc about that. Apparantly I've got to find the dosage balance myself, except the dosage requirement changes every day depending on my bowels!).

However, I don't suffer half as much pain as I used to. I used to have very severe chronic IBS, crippling cramps every day after eating. I can honestly say I suffered at least two of the following every day for the first 3 years before being diagnosed finally: cramps, constipiation (or diarhea), nausea, wind (not nice) etc. etc. Thank god it's not so bad now...
