Thank you all so much for the ideas. I hope I can figure out how to do this. I tried to do it a few days ago when something in a song brought me to a really sad place in my memories - a place my counselor doesn't want me to go until I learn this safe place thing, and I tried thinking of being underwater swimming and I still got really sad and stayed that way for many days. Oh well.
