Your doctor should be the one to have this discussion with you. But, I take Effexor right now to help with the Panic attacks and Depression and Xanax for my sleeping and panic. I've been on Lexapro, Wellbutrin, and Zoloft in the past all for my Panic and Depression.

These are just the drugs that I've taken or am taking but we are all different.
