What I felt this morning: ill, weak, vulnerability, frustration, exasperation, disgust, fear, anger, exhaustion, rage, confusion, fed-up, guilt, bitterness.

..............What I feel now: fed up, fear, anxiety, depression and shame.

Summed up: a lousy and awful morning!
