I wonder who at ABC wrote this piece. Desert Storm was from Jan 16th to 28 Feb 1991, not in the late 80's.

I quit going to the VA because the care was so poor, and they cover up crime. I am glad that people are getting angry at the VA. Civilians in general and those who want to join the military now don't have a clue how bad the care is at the VA.
