I know that the majority of the Iraqi people are good people...I also know that they tend to make up a disproprtionate number of "collateral damage." Yes, Saddam Hussein was a very bad guy...And yet the sanctions didn't hurt him, they hurt the good Iraqi people...Besides, the fact that he was bad didn't seem to bother the US before when they did business with him...
