I totally have no clue when I first started therapy. However, I do know the date that my nightmare began. My husband and I had a special marriage vow renewal with our Priest that day, so we have something to celebrate in place of anxiety and depression. It doesn't really do away with it all together. I'm really depressed that whole month, but it is nice to have a little anniversary celebration in the midst of it.

So we celebrate 2 wedding anniversaries every year.
