Default In-Patient Treatment

I've been suffering from PTSD and depression for twenty years. I found some good help at Sheppard-Pratt Hospital in Baltimore and the last time I was inpatient was eight years ago. My symptoms and depression are again coming to a head. I suspect I need complete re-evaluation of the meds I'm on. Has anyone had experience with Sheppard Pratt or the newer Women's Institute for Incorporation Therapy in Florida? I would like to hear feedback on inpatient experiences. Also, have any new meds for PTSD been introduced in the past eight years? I know that some meds work for some and other meds for others but I would just like to hear about what has worked for some of you.

My PTSD stems from childhood abuse and depression seems to be genetic also. I've been doing great for eight years - thought I had this licked but I guess one never does. Any feedback would be helpful and I will gladly share any of my experiences that might help others.
