I agree with bec and upstream, getting exercise is no easy accomplishment. If it were, we all be doing in with simplicity and regularity. Great job! Walking is awesome excersize, too. It can really be enjoyed, is naturally uplifting, de-stressing and as we know, healthy. ...Very, very Healthy! Keep up the good work Rachel and perhaps establish yourself a structured time and routine. I've heard it takes only 30 days to form a habit, and a lot longer to break one. If this be true, then in another 29 days, you'll have established one heck'a'va healthy coping defense, healthier heart and some strong legs. Something, I'd love to have established back in my life again! Hang in there, keep up the good work and keep us all posted please.
