The laundry foot was put down here a long time ago! I used to do it, no more, uh uh, no way. The oldest, he thinks he has to wear layered shirts when it is 90 damn degrees! And if he spills the tiniest abount of water he has to change... wait 5 minutes it will be dry. Of course he has to change after school for some reason. And the girl, oh the girl. I would fold and iron clothes and put them on hangers and lay it all out on the bed for her to put up. I would find folded clothes in the dirty clothes and what ever she pulled from her closet she did not want to wear after looking at it went in the dirty clothes instead of back in the closet. I have even pulled shit out of the hamper still on a frigging hanger!!!!! I refuse to do it any more. And she uses 3 towels a day for her shower. I have tons of towels and soon as a closet is full it is empty in a couple days. Hubby and I along with the baby go through as many clothes in a week as those two in a day. And she keeps stealing my socks. Even the ones I wrote MOM on with permanent marker!!!! Right across the toes real big so when you put them on you see clear as a bell who those socks belong to and she could not say "but I did not know they were yours" yet still I have no socks, I have to steal hubby's.
They just don't get with a family of 6 everyone has to pull their weight and then some. If not it goes to hell real fast, especially with mom being a nut case! I have no clue how home schooling parents and teachers do it... I like summer for oh, about the first week, then I can't wait to pass them back! They go to school just long enough to calm down from what ever crap they just pulled. |
