I am so pleased to find your site, I can't believe it , it is just what I was looking for ! I am french , then really sorry, my english is not very good, I have been suffering from ptsd for about 10 years, and in France it is very difficult to have ptsd because most people don't know what it is. I just felt I was living a nightmare, day and night. Hopefully, I was able to buy 2 books from aphrodite Matsakis, which helped me to understand what was going on. I did some exercices to help the feelings to be expressed and it went better, although it reactivates from time to time. Now I am suffering from multiple chemical sensitivity, and I seem to suffer again from ptsd because of the big difficulties due to this illness and the misunderstanding of people and the lack of support. I feel it will help me a lot to read others's stories ; I recently registered in a forum specialised in heavy metal detox and realised that my feeling of trauma were coming out, but it was not the right place for that kind of difficulties.
