"HI" my name is indigo & i have ptsd [amongst other abbreviated titles]

i have had ptsd long term... and i have 3 young kids, so i am trying to do what i can to give them the best i can....not doing to well atm..

the services suck around here.... i cant believe i left a special trauma group/program in another state, and now two years later am going nuts with the lack of assistance available to my family...

by the way i love emoticons & smilies - beware!!
