Bulldog,
I
HAVE experienced this while having a panic attack. I have had my hands, my ears, my feet and other various body parts go numb during panic attacks. It is actually something that I "expect" now, if I fall into a full blown panic attack.
Your jaw being sore, again, something that I experience frequently when having a panic attack, that is from you tensing your jaw muscles.
I have gone to the ER during some of these times and my blood pressure is always normal (which BAFFLES me EVERY time), they run tests, I sit there for hours, and of course - all is just peachy, I'm simply having a panic attack.
To be safe, I would still talk to your doctor. But, I just wanted to let you know that what you described is something that I experience often with panic attacks.
Best,
Rachel
