I had this happen in the past when I was at my max with PTSD symptoms. Mine started in my mouth. My tongue went numb first, then the roof of my mouth, my head, arms ect. My Dr thought that I was having a heart attack at first, but then put it down to good old anxiety.

The crap we go through is awful at times, even scary if we don't know what it is. Just try and stay grounded. Try and remember that it's just anxiety, just feelings and emotions. Try not to let your mind make more of it, or your anxiety will sky rocket more.
