I think deep breathing exercises are a great idea. Also the area's you speak of are all innervated from the neck, so theoretically neck tension could lead to all of these symptoms. Which would seem to be a place that could generate a lot of tension during a panic attack. You could try Chiropractic or massage and see if that helps at all. But a visit to your G.P. is never a bad idea if you are concerned it might be something bigger. |
