I have every symptom of fibro, and tomorrow I am having an upper GI test because my stomach hurts so bad I can't sleep. Is the pain from fibromyalgia or h. pylori infection or PTSD or what, I dunno yet. But I know too many people who have both for me to think that they can't be connected at all.
