Do you have any comedies on DVD to watch? Something light hearted to lift your spirits. Or can you get out of the house and take a walk? Anything to get your mind off the anxious feeling.
Sometimes you can just change the direction of your thinking and it helps. Do you do any crafts? knitting, scrap booking, painting, etc. If so, maybe do that for a while to get your mind off of the anxiety.
