The ways in which to accomplish all these things are already in the forum... the information sections contain most of the important aspects which any member, sufferer or carer, requires to start making their life a whole lot better. Again... choice. People read and do not do... they just think there is more to it or simply don't want to do themselves, they want someone holding their hand and guiding them the entire way... do little themselves. It just doesn't work that way...

Sufferer and carer must take control and action their life with positive steps, positive influence.... choice. All the information is already here and online.
