Congratulations on the pregnancy Awakening....I am so excited for you. Your life will change so much in 7-8 months time! May your gorgeous baby add love, laughter and much happiness to your family.

Not having PTSD is awesome news for you. Good on you for taking the kicks up the butt, facing your traumas and working so hard on yourself. You are an inspiration for all the hard work you have done and not giving up on yourself. Well done!

If you come away time and time again from a session feeling frustrated, not seeing a change after some time then you have to ask yourself some hard questions.
Thank you for posting this....which I think needs to be highlighted.....A reminder to those who feel like they are not getting anywhere.

Awakening I have enjoyed your input on the forum and your posts have been interesting, informative and sometimes quite funny. You will be missed so do pop in and say hi.
