I hope this counts... my case manager/therapist doesn't know much about PTSD. Not much help for me sooooooooo I have been here reading and writing down what I find that hits home with me. If he can't really help me I am trying to learn so I can help myself Also this is the first time I have been in here and not been really uptight!
