I carry my nintendo ds around with me at all times. When I get into a downer, I tend to pick it up and start playing.
My boyfriend even noticed that I play miles better when I'm in a downer and trying to distract myself, then when I'm just playing casually. Especially if we're on an xbox 360 and we're playing 2 player xD
