Should be able to get it through Amazon.com But you may have trouble if you are typing PSTD instead of PTSD :)

Free, really?? That would have been nice. I live in Canada too, but I had to buy mine. Just got it at McNally Robinson a couple of days ago.

I live in Canada as well, but I had to purchase mine.
the provincial health care system doesn't pay for it,
so unless you have a special insurance policy you'll have to shell out $20 or so.

Being the hermit I am... I just went to amazon.ca and got it off of there
(click here and you will be brought right to the book (http://www.amazon.ca/Ptsd-Workbook-Effective-Techniques-Overcoming/dp/1572242825/sr=8-1/qid=1163610276/ref=sr_1_1/702-2834625-6300819?ie=UTF8&s=books))
I think it took less then 2 weeks for my book to get here.

If you have someone that can go into a store for you
(or if you are able to)
you can just call up your local bookstores, see if they have the book,
and get them to put it behind the counter for easy pick-up.
That way you don't have to pay shipping costs and there's no waiting!

Hope that helps :)
