Why do they rotate?
Well, simply I wanted another means to help promote certain facets of the forum to the user, which by providing different logo's based upon common PTSD sayings and statements, I though what better way than to provide a random logo that directs the user to the relevant thread on the topic. That is what now occurs. Each logo goes into the thread of relevance it pertains, to helpfully guide the user around a little easier.
Besides that, I thought it would give things a constant different spin, which those with PTSD need. Variety creates happiness!
