Hello all, I am a former member but was locked out somehow and couldn't figure out how to get back in, so I reregistered. Sorry for the confusion, but it's actually just as well since my soon to be ex is cyberstalking me.
The question I wanted to ask is...do any of you have problems with paranoia/fear? I am out of abusive situation now for over a year and while in my head I know not every man is a liar and untrustworthy and unsafe, I find at times I flip out about it. I don't mean in a 'is he cheating' sort of way...just basic trust in human beings and for my own safety. I am concerned that this might be an issue in future relationships.
What can I do about this?
