I noticed this morning when I posted in my diary that I had hit the 1000 posts mark. I looked at the calendar and was surprised that I've been on this forum for 10 months now.
This forum remains for me a good and safe place to come. Even if it's just to read. Thanks to Anthony for starting this forum and thanks to all who are members and have helped me (and my family indirectly) with healing and to deal with the toughest battle I've fought.

Lisa, you are doing extremely well, and will continue I believe. We all have our ups and downs with PTSD, but living without knowing what one is dealing with, and that it can be controlled to a certain extent, that is just torture IMHO. Well done and congrats on the 1000 posts and helping yourself for the past 10 months.

Congratulations Lisa, that is wonderful! And coincidentally, I have just reached the 500 point myself, and been here about half as long as you.
