Have had PTSD for a couple of years now due to horrible custody fight. Children were abused and ex stalked me and is still doing so for about 8 years. Its winding up again and getting more difficult to cope. Not sure what to say to kids now being the other parent trying to take custody again.

get a restraining order- the LAW on your side.
use ALL rational points of the law.
Follow through with these.
I had to.
