1. Take a warm bath
2. Listen to music
3. Drink a glass of warm milk
4. Drink Herb Tea
5. Avoid caffine, alcohol, and tobacco
6. Get physical exercise during the day
7. Dont sleep in
8. Keep bed only for sleeping in
9. Dont watch tv or read right before going to bed
10. Visualize something peaceful
11. Have same bedtime routine every night
12. Use earplugs to take out excessive noises
13. Deep breathing
14. Avoid naps during the day
15. If you cant sleep, get up
