Myself suffering ptsd
I'm 29 suffering from anxiety and ptsd due to dying twice from preeclampsia and watching my daughter die 3 times due to heart defect and problems being born prematurely. I'm trying to find ways to fight ptsd and have a better outlook on life, not a negative one.
