Hi Zach. If you could please post kind of an intro to the poll? thanks.

There are two men that my husband works with that are in the reserves that have been diagnosed with PTSD. One of them had to stop working all together. My father was in the army in Vietnam, and he has PTSD. So, there are three that I know for sure and have talked with. There are other friends that I have that have been in military combat that I suspect, but do not know for certain. It breaks my heart how the US sends our men and women into combat, but when they come back home gives them little help to cope with what they have been through.

Not sure if you mean currently serving or veterans. Veterans included, there's my grandfather, my uncle, my brother. My brother served up until his death last April and he had full blown PTSD while working. If you count friends and acquaintances there are several more, some veterans, some currently serving. Though most have been discharged due to the PTSD. All together I'd say I know close to 20.

I beleive my grandfather had it from the war from all of the stories I have heard about him. He is deceased now...My mother hated him because of the way he was...I never really got to know him.
