What Computer Games / Video Games Do You Play To Relax?

Hey all!

I was just wondering, does anyone here play any computer games or video games to help them relax?

I just recently discovered a game called Bejeweled and it's addicting. It's very mind numbing, doesn't take a whole lot of skill but I find it to be very relaxing.

Chuzzle and spider solitaire are my latest addictions.

I played Glyph for a long time... sometimes I play Jeopardy or Wheel of Fortune on the computer...

Free Cell! Putting things in order is calming, and it shuts out the rest of the world for a while. :smile:

Used to play WWII first person shooters, but since I began therapy I am avoiding triggers (no pun intended!)

Majong and Spider Solitaire. When it's the middle of the night and I need to come off the cieling from a nightmare or distract myself from a flashback I come right to my computer for focused non brain distraction.

I think the games I play most of you would not find relaxing... when I have some negative feelings I like to play something like Starcraft or Diablo 2. Somehow I just feel less angry after blowing up some random pixels. I also enjoy Portal (minimal on the violence) and the occasional game of Tetris. I am also a huge fan of role playing games. :D
