Out From Under - Risen Above Some Fears

I've finally done it. Last November I saw a man commit suicide at close range. It triggered me and retraumatized me and nearly incapacitated me. I'm just now getting out from under. I've completed most of the scheduled tasks that overwhelmed me. I even completed Spring cleaning and giveaway. It seems like a small miracle.

Thanks! It really helps to see your encouraging words. I'm filling out some paperwork that is long past due and feel really good about my progress. I'm making action plans and breaking them down into steps and carrying them out, one day at a time. It feels great. Thanks again.
