Hi Tessan, this would be for me I would gather. You can write, but you will remain moderated until such time as you are approved to post freely. The chat features are not a right, they are a privilege also. I only take people out of moderation after they have displayed they have read the editorial policy, rules and policies, and comply with them. Other factors are also gauged. You cannot ask to come out of moderation, won't happen.
